Running fast all the time might not be the answer.

If you’re like me, then PB’s are what drives you to keep going. But this autumn hasn’t been great for training and I can honestly say that my running is getting slower overall.

But according to Runners World, my slower running might not a bad thing. So I may be on track to get a good time when I repeat my first ever 10k in March, after all!
